Abha Mishra
Abha Mishra presides over The Policy Watch India Foundation as its Director. With over 14 years of dedicated service in the social sector, she has played a pivotal role in Aajeevika Bureau, a leading NGOs key operations. Her expertise includes forging and managing crucial linkages between internal empowerment groups, central and state agencies, and ground-level administration, all aimed at empowering migrant workers and ensuring their families can access various beneficial schemes.
In addition to her leadership at Aajeevika Bureau, Abha has significantly contributed to the Democracy Connect organization, where she collaborated closely with legislators and policymakers. Her rich professional journey also encompasses a decade of experience in journalism and advertising, which has endowed her with a profound understanding of communication and advocacy. She is known for her ethical conduct. Continuously expanding her skills through real-world experiences, she is dedicated to assisting the most vulnerable sections of society. Navigating the complex variables of political decision-makers, policy-implementing executives, and lower-level administration, she has successfully achieved remarkable results in her work. Her excellent reputation for problem-solving and improving lives is well-earned.

Bikash Narayan Mishra
Mr. B N Mishra currently serves as Senior Advisor with Indian Banking Association. He is an enterprising leader with 35+ years’ experience and has effectively contributed to the banking industry having worked across India with extensive experience in priority sector lending and closely associated with Bank’s CSR activities throughout the career. He is a knowledge bank on leather industry and handicraft manufacturing.
Nidhi Prabha Tewari
Nidhi Prabha Tewari is the co-founder of Athulya Performance Facilitators Pvt Ltd, where she coaches professionals across sectors to maximise individual potential. In her role as a Senior Social Sector Specialist for the Indian Government’s flagship Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), Nidhi was instrumental in fostering partnerships between government bodies, LPG distributors, NGOs, and women-led groups. An Ashoka Fellow and International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Fellow, Nidhi is also a Visiting Fellow at the Development Management Institute in Patna. She co-founded the non-profit ‘Democracy Connect’ which pioneered the now widely-adopted practice of placing professionals as volunteers with elected representatives. Nidhi has worked as consultant with the Election Commission of India and UNDP. Her exemplary work as head of the Camp Office of Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority in Kutch in the aftermath of the 2001 earthquake served as the model for District Disaster Management offices across India. She has been closely involved in other relief and rehabilitation work that has directly impacted over 2 lakh people and families.
Nidhi holds a degree in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, where she was a gold medallist, and a postgraduate degree in Economics.


Achla Savyasaachi
Achla Savyasaachi serves as Financial Inclusion and Development Specialist at MicroSave Consulting where she designs livelihood-based programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders. From April 2014 to August 2023, she headed the nationwide advocacy work of the Microfinance Industry Network (MFIN), where she ably led efforts to forge a supportive ecosystem for microfinance across the country, creating collective platforms and Industry Chapters successfully across 25 states and 520 Districts. Before MFIN, she headed the national advocacy work with the industry body Sa-Dhan. Achla was a member of the Drafting Committee on the Microfinance Bill and also helped conceptualise a blueprint for a Self-Regulatory body for the industry. She was member of several key task forces for livelihood intervention and poverty alleviation. Before joining the development sector, she worked with several large Public and Private Sector Companies as a Company Secretary and Finance Head.
Achla has a Postgraduate diploma in Human Rights from the Indian Institute of Human Rights (United Nations World Program for Human Rights Education). She holds a law degree from CCS University and graduated in commerce from Delhi University.
Abhishek Dubey
​An engineering graduate with a masters in mass communication (MMC) along with PG diploma in journalism, Abhishek has been active in the social service and political arena for over a decade. He has served as Vice President BJYM (UP) and is currently Member National Executive Committee BJYM. From being an expert on socio economic subjects to being a policy commentator, Abhishek is an active columnist with leading national publications as well.
