Judicial Reforms:

As the world’s largest democracy India is governed by “The Three Pillar of Democracy” -- Legislature, Executive and Judiciary. Legal and judicial reforms need are critical to keep up with the modern era. In this backdrop, policy makers are looking at modifying the dilatory judicial procedures. Highlighting processes through time bound resolutions, alternative dispute resolution forums, simplifying procedural laws, encouraging mediation, and strengthening the judicial and court management system in order to increase accessibility are crucial to position India as an Inclusive and Fully Developed Nation.
